Equality provides a wide range of design services, including but not limited to logo design, packaging, and web development. Some services, like motion graphics and advertising, are available as add-ons to our base 'Queue' plan.
We offer various subscription plans, each with specific features and pricing structures. Plan 1 allows one active request at a time, while Plan 2 permits two. Prices are transparent, with no hidden fees.
New subscribers are entitled to a 14-day free trial, with the first design task free of charge. You may pause your account at any time during or after the trial.
Subscribers have full control over their accounts. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation is final and requires a new account for re-subscription. Accounts can be paused for up to a year before automatic cancellation.
Our add-on services, subject to availability, enhance your subscription. These services, like web and motion graphics, require an active base subscription and are billed monthly.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month. Billing is securely processed through Stripe. You will receive a reminder before each renewal.
Given the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after 14 days from the start of a new subscription, this includes add-on services after they've been billed.
Users are expected to interact with our services and staff professionally and ethically. Misuse of services or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
We strive to maintain a 99% uptime for our services. Any necessary maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours to minimize inconvenience.
All designs and content created through our services are the property of Equality, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
